Oh how I remember Uncle Everardo Perez. I remember him and my Dad always enjoying a laugh at my Grandparents home in Hells Kitchen. They played stickball and other games with other uncles and my older cousins. He was always willing to bring his Family and drive to our place. We would all get into his Station Wagon and hit the beaches. Manhattan/Brighton/Coney Island always a favorite time. He helped some family members get a job at the Hilton Hotel. Always a strong and kind voice. I can hear him right now, and I am smiling. He sounded just like his Dad.
He so loved his Wife and children. His love of my Aunt Elsie was strong. They left NY and moved to Miami. Oh how I missed them all. But every opportunity to speak or occasionally visit was all smiles. So glad that I got to visit a few times in Miami. So happy I was able to host for him at my home. He loved the Spa.
Now he will be reunited with his Bride, my beautiful Aunt Elsie. I love them bunches, forever in my heart ❤️. To the Perez Family, continued prayers. Keep your faith during all that you have endured. Keep in touch and as always. Much love from New York...
