To my sister Evelyn, may you Rest In Eternal Peace 🙏 I went to see you 3 weeks after your surgery. I didn’t know that Would be the last time I would see you , even though you were still not feeling well you still pushed yourself to make us feel at home . The Thursday before my own surgery you called me to ask me what time was my surgery, I told you that it would be the following Thursday the 28th . We spoke for about 20 minutes and you told me that you also had an appointment the following Tuesday or Wednesday (don’t remember) and I remember saying to you “ that everything will be fine God Bless you” we said our goodbyes and said I love you 😞 I didn’t know that would be the last time I would hear your voice . I’m still in shock, because my plans were to go to Miami a lot more to help once you came home and that’s the part that’s hurts so much . But you’re home now , pure and pain free once again by the side of our maker God ! At least now I know when it’s my time to crossover, you’ll be there to receive me with open arms 🙏 we love you Evelyn, Rest in Peace! in honor of Evelyn.

When I think of Evelyn there is one fond memory that always come to mind and makes me laugh to myself which, I will hopefully always cherish and remember. It was during the summer at one of her sister’s, Fanny, infamous backyard celebration that we decided to pass time by playing musical chairs. Just try picture a bunch of grownups laughing, carrying on drinking and having a great olde time dancing around a bunch of chairs. Suddenly, the music stopped playing (I’M READY) and let me tell you Evelyn was ready. Ready to fight to the bitter end for the last chair. She was so determined to win that they fought so hard that she and her opponent, I believe it was Marilyn, ended up by breaking the chair. She sat her tushy on that broken chair and declared victory. Game over! It was hilarious!! Wish I had the video. LMAO every time. Epic moment! May your laughter follow you to haven. RIP

Evelyn's house was where I always ended up when I was in trouble in my own house. Ever since the summer before my freshman year in high school, she has been what I see what a mother should be. I know that she loved her family and friends to the fullest. A piece of my heart goes with her because she was like a mom to me even after years apart, she took her time to give me motherly advice. And because of that advice I am in a good place in my life today. Both her and my sister share the same name and I know that they will be in heaven watching over all of us.

Evelyn, we met as teenagers, starting out our lives with our own families, then life happened and it took the fairytale in different directions, but through it all we remained friends that became family. I am so sad with how this unfolded, but thank god that we got to spend time together. Life seems unfair at times, but GOD always has a different plan. May you rest in peace and may your family find solace with your absence. Love you forever and will miss you dearly.

To my dear Sissy words cannot express how broken my heart is right now all I know is that my life will never be the same I will always be missing a piece of my heart. You were such a great sister and losing you so soon was not in our future plans. I feel so lost without you but also blessed to have been bonded to you by blood. Us three sisters had such a strong bond, we never fought, respected and always looked out for each other. Know you will be missed everyday. My heart is not the same it is heartbroken. One of my hero’s is no longer with us. You were so strong in my eyes you were tough but you had a heart of gold. my first memories are with you in it dancing, laughing and the boyfriends lol. You gave the best advice and never sugar coated it when your opinion was asked. I loved spending time with you. You had the BEST SNAcks and laugh. You always knew how to entertain us. I have all the best memories with you. I will cherish them forever. My heart and prayers go out to Chrissy,Randy Brandon. Ashely, Aaliyah and Christian. They lost a wonderful mother, Mother in law and grandmother. As for my grandmother. Mother, And aunt and an uncles. They lost the best daughter and sister and friend. We Are in grief and sadness. Prayin g for strength to get through this. You will be missed Titi Evelyn but I carry you with me in my heart always. God bless you and may you rest in paradise.
