Esther Llull's Obituary
Esther Llull, resident of Puerto Rico and former resident of Miami, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 29th, 2025. Esther was the wife of D. Ulises Llull and mother of Rafael Contador and Ulises Llull.
She had five brothers and sisters, consisting of Siria Garlipp, Pilar Bosch, Jose Lemus, Carmen Morales, and Manuel Lemus.
Esther was also a grandmother and great-grandmother. Her grandchildren consisted of Rafael Contador Collazo, Manuel Contador, Michelle Contador, Viviana Contador, Patrick Llull and Jenna Young. She had a total of 6 great-grandchildren: Rafael Contador Hernandez, Daisymar Contador, Amanda Costello, Lorenz Mulero, Vincent Llull, Elliot Llull. Last but certainly not least, she was aunt to eight nieces and nephews: Pilar Bosch, Adriana Bosch, Isidro Bosch, Orlando Morales, Sergio Morales, Jose Lemus, Manuel Lemus, and Sergio Lemus.
Esther received an accounting degree from Escuela de Comercio in Havana, Cuba. She emigrated to United States of America in 1971 with her husband and son, where she eventually
settled in Elizabeth, New Jersey, joining her parents and a large part of her extended family there. Esther provided a wonderful home and was instrumental in helping her family make the most of the opportunities available to them in their new home in America.
In 1989, Esther and her husband moved to Miami, FL, where they retired among many friends and family they had known from Elizabeth and as far back as Cuba. Esther will be fondly remembered for her brightness and energy, sense of humor, love of family, and importantly, as someone who enjoyed every opportunity to go out, dance and live a full life.
