Encarnacion H. Rubio, 90, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2020 in Hialeah, Florida. Encarnacion was born on January 25, 1930 in Cuba. Encarnacion was an avid seamstress and could make anything out of a piece of fabric. She was well loved by her family and will be truly missed. She is survived by her loving husband, Erio Sabino Rubio, two daughters: Ivis Cruz Santamarina (Eduardo Santamarina Jr.), Selma Rubio Sotolongo (Jose Armando Sotolongo), three grandchildren: Ivette Clero, Eduardo Santamarina III, Massiel Santamarina, five great grandchildren: Jorge E. Clero, Jordan Christina Clero, Eduardo Lorenzo Santamarina, Roman Felipe Santamarina, and Dominic Andres Santamarina. She also belonged to the Licero De Punta Brava en el Exilio.
