Elena de la Caridad Bullrich
August 29, 1955 — February 14, 2026
Elena was born in Havana, Cuba, to Alfredo and Caridad Perez. From a young age, she was defined by her immense capacity to love and her vibrant sense of humor.
Whether she was out dancing to live music, traveling, or meticulously planning the next family outing, Elena approached life with intelligence, strength, and remarkable patience. She was at her happiest by the water, surrounded by family and friends, firmly believing that the ocean cures.
As a devoted mother, Elena instilled in her daughter a lifelong appreciation for education and the profound importance of universal kindness. She is survived by her daughter, Jesi Bullrich, her sister, Carmen Lomando, nephews, Alfredo and Dominic Lomando, their father, Eugene Lomando, and a community of friends and family.
We will gather to say our final goodbyes on February 23, 2026, at Memorial Plan Funeral Home, 9800 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33165. A viewing will begin at 9:00am followed by a procession to Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th St, Doral, FL 33172 for her burial at 2:00pm. All are welcome to join us in honoring her memory.
