Eddie was not only an amazing father but for as long as I knew him, also one of the happiest, most full-of-life people I’ve ever met! He never had anything negative to say and always put others first. His love for his entire family was always so clear. I will forever remember how he made me laugh, and how he was always so welcoming. I will cherish these thoughts and memories forever! I will also always remember and laugh while I recall our inside jokes!! Eddie’s spirit will continue on present in every life he touched, in every act of love he gave. We remember Eddie with a super pleasant and friendly smile always. He was kind, very affectionate, jovial, attentive and helpful, and his loving and warm behavior will be never forgotten by my husband, me and many others. We didn’t see each other often but I believe in quality not quantity. My husband always remembers Eddie fondly and will never forget that during a hard time in his life, immediately after a traumatic cancer operation, Eddie more than once, was an instrument of God for mercy and help. Eddie was a man of God, and even with his imperfections, as we all have, he was a living example of what our Lord expects from us. Eddie is in Heaven with all his departed loved ones and we, as Christians know that we’ll see him again in eternity. In the meantime, we ask our Lord to give a peaceful acceptance to Eddie’s family and the hope and certainty that He will handle all things at the right time. We will never forget Eddie’s loving ways. May his soul rest in peace, amen. Babi & Carlos ❤️
