David Inocencio Rios, 80, resident of Miami, Florida, formerly of Cuba, passed away August 16th of 2019. He is survived by his wife, Adela A. Rios; sons, Alberto, Raul, Damilian; daughters, Noemi Perez, Julia, Rosario; eleven grandchildren; and thirteenth great-grandchildren.
