Cristela Calderon's Obituary
In loving memory of Cristela Calderon; formerly of Nicaragua who lived to a very blessed and wonderful age of 95 years old, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2022 in Miami, Florida. She was a woman who lived through the harshest of trials and many struggles and turmoil, yet she always showed love and care towards others. Her relatives were many, from close and afar, ranging from her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She made a lifetime of many great friends, whom had the honor and the privilege to meet her and to know her as they always immediately became fond of her. They would come to cherish their experiences with her and their memories of her, as we will. They would come to recognize she was of noble character and she had great spirit, as we will. Although she had a difficult upbringing and faced incredible suffering in her early life, she was able to remain a good, humble, and very loving person. She was always willing to give everything to those she loved and even after passing, she continues to give. Her legacy she leaves behind is a testament to her character and to the great and noble person she will remain, and will always be. She will be always be honored and remembered not just by the memories we share with her, but through the living embodiment of everyone she impacted, affected, and influenced for the greater good. We understand that she is in a better place, that she is in peace free from all suffering with the greatest happiness imaginable to be in heaven with the Lord our God. Thankfully we are comforted by knowing that it is not the end for her but actually the beginning, in fact it is the beginning for all of our lives now that she has left us but we know she is with God Almighty in his presence. We will always be grateful for everything she taught us including her strength, fortitude, and resilience throughout the time we spent with her in our lives. All whom she attributed to her faith, her hope, and her fervent love for the Lord. Cristela Calderon was a mother and grandmother to us all, and we are greatly satisfied in being assured that she is at peace with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
