Charles Nicholes Gentile's Obituary
Charles Nicholes Gentile, 65, died March 14, 2020 at his home in Miami FL, after battling ALS for the past six years. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Debbie, his two children, John and Amanda (Erick), and his granddaughter, Adalynn. His funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020. The viewing will be held at 11:30am, Memorial Plan Westchester, 9800 SW 24th Street Miami, FL 33165. Burial to follow at 2:00pm Memorial Plan at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery, 6200 SW 77th Avenue Miami, FL 33143.
Charles, (also known as Charlie), was born in Miami, FL, on October 19, 1954. Charlie was known for being outgoing, friendly, and extremely hardworking. He married Debbie on December 8, 1984. They welcomed their first child, (John) in 1988, followed by their daughter, (Amanda) in 1991. Charlie’s hobbies consisted of watching, playing, and coaching baseball, fishing, attending all University of Miami Hurricanes sporting events, and spending time with his family. In 2014, he was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). After battling this awful illness for six years, he is finally resting peacefully.
