Rest in Peace Dolly, Aunt Lil and I always enjoyed your tales of our Irish Ancestry, and your kind presence...
R.I.P. Dolly, I'm a cousin from New York State.
I know many more relatives that didn't know of your passing send their condolences as well. Your relatives from South Carolina send their sympathy. You are at peace now. 📿 Victoria Burrus Ibarra - Feeney/Langan side
Catherine was my dearest friend; she was the most kind and generous person I had the pleasure of knowing. She was always good to my family and I and always went out of her way to help. She will be deeply missed and I can't imagine my life moving forward without her.
I will continue to remain strong as she would have wanted me to and will smile knowing that she is looking down on Tangy and I. Even though life will never be the same without her I will keep all of the memories we shared together close to my heart.
Love Always,
Doreen
Aunt Dolly was the sweetest, kindest most generous and thoughtful person I have ever known, she never once forgot a birthday or failed to send a Christmas card. She was compassionate, loving and kind to everyone she met. She always had a smile on her face and a bubbly cheerful attitude, my only regret is that I didn’t get to spend more time with her while she was here with us. She will be greatly missed, her memory will be lovingly cherished. I love you Aunt Dolly, peace be with you. ❤️

For a sweet, mild-mannered woman, Catherine Feeney, called Cathy or Dolly, sure packed a lot of surprises into her all-too-brief life
Growing up, we, her first cousins, Anne, Kay and Meg, enjoyed Dolly's visits with her parents and brother, Jamesie She had a beautiful singing voice and was featured on Ted Mack's Amateur Hour The four of us, of course, entertained the folks with Irish songs.
Dolly and Anne both entered Hunter College in 1958 and became part of the same House Plan, a mini-sorority. They were the Catholic, mostly Irish girls in a very diverse college
In 1959, Dolly and Aunt Catherine, Anne and Kay, our parents, and other relatives sailed to Ireland (Meg was married by then and home with two little kids) On board, Dolly won First Prize in the Funniest Costume contest as a howling Annie Oakley
After visiting hoardes of relatives, our little trio set off for our Grand Tour of the Continent without any plans for how we would get to each city and where we would stay when we got there
On an overnight train to Rome, we were all squeezed together in a car with other passengers The man next to Dolly tried to touch her and she magically pulled out a switchblade knife and shook it in his face, screaming He ran out of that car, afraid for his life!
Returning from the Grand Tour, Dolly announced she was entering the convent to become a Sister of Charity We were totally shocked after all the adventures we had shared But she "felt the calling" So, Anne gave her a shower and all the girls from college came bearing gifts Everyone loved Dolly and sent her off with their best wishes, prayers and a few tears
Dolly will always hold a special place in our hearts for her friendship, her kindness and her generous spirit
With lots of love,
Anne Fitzgerald, Kay Young, Meg Plunkett

Aunt Dolly and Karen had a special relationship, it became more like Mother and Daughter after Karen's Mom, Kitty passed away when she was 10. They were always there for each other right up to Aunt Dolly's passing, their bond will never be broken.
We will cherish the memories and I will share one.
My Dad, Harold and Aunt Dolly became good friends starting with our wedding 44 years ago. Karen & I went to visit her and Nana & Pops in N.Y., Mom and Dad came with us. Aunt Dolly was our tour guide and took us all over, N.Y. City. We also went to Atlantic City, N.J. where my Dad and Aunt Dolly shared a common interest, they had a blast gambling at the casino's. When we went back to N.Y., Karen and I stayed with Nana and Pops and my Dad and Mom stayed in the convent with Aunt Dolly. It was so funny, my Dad asked Aunt Dolly if he could sneak a bottle of bourbon into the convent and Aunt Dolly quickly replied, well of course Harold and there is wine and beer in the kitchen, help yourself. She said welcome to my world of being a catholic nun. They are probably enjoying a drink in heaven right now and maybe playing the slot machines.
We will always remember Aunt Dolly and keep her memory alive through our stories.
We love and miss you so very much, Johnny & Karen Morgison and our family, Ryan, Brandon, Jessie, Braiden, Kaitlin and Ryland Lee.
Thank you for being the best auntie that anyone want, you were alway so loving and caring and thoughtful and never forgot a birthday, never forgot about us. We were blessed to have you in our life and we are going to be blessed to have you watching over us in heaven. I love and miss you

Auntie Dolly was the sweetest most loving human being and she will be very much missed by me and our family. She never forgot a birthday, and she loved her family and cats more then anything in the world,
she was so special.

Our lives go on without you
But nothing is the same
We have to hide our heartache
When someone speaks your name
Sad are the hearts that love you
Silent are the tears that fall
Living without you is the hardest part of all
You did so many things for us
Your heart was so kind and true
And when we needed someone
We could always count on you
The special years will not return
When we are all together
But with the love in our hearts
You walk with us forever
You will be dearly missed.
Love: Brian, Sam and family
