Carmen M. Rubiera was born on April 24th, 1946 in Cuba. She passed away on July 2nd in Oviedo, Florida. Carmen is survived by her loving children Michelle Rubiera-Perez, Jorge L. Sierra. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Nicolas, Victoria, Rebecca, Jorge and her two adored great grandchildren.
