Carmen Diaz's Obituary
Carmen Diaz passed away on February 13th, 2022. A visitation is scheduled at Memorial Plan Funeral Home from 6-11 PM on February 23rd. On the following day we will depart the funeral home at 9 am to arrive at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery for the burial service to begin at 9:30 AM.
