Carmen Carrion, 89, passed away on July 19, 2019 in Aventura Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Carmen was born on July 16, 1930 in Managua, Nicaragua. She was a loving mother who cared for her family. Carmen is survived by her loving daughter; Silvia Elena Escobar and other loving family members and friends. She will truly be missed by all who loved and knew her. The viewing will be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm at Funeraria Memorial Plan San Jose Palm Avenue, 4850 Palm Avenue, Hialeah, Florida 33012 with the burial immediately following at Caballero Rivero Dade North, 1301 NW Opa Locka Blvd. Opa Locka, Florida 33167.
