Carlos Quintana nació en Surgidero de Batabano, Habana, Cuba de padres Alfredo Quintana y Agustina Pérez el 11 de Marzo del 1933. Vivió en Miami, FL la mayor parte de su vida y falleció en paz el 15 de enero de 2021 en su nueva residencia en Jacksonville, FL.
Carlos fallecio después de sus amados hermanos Juana Rosa, Mérida, Consuelo, Rafael y Manuel. Le sobreviven sus amados hijos Janet, Evelyn, Carlos y sus queridos hermanos Alfredo, Mariana, Angel, Natalia. También le sobreviven sus preciosos nietos Paloma, Gianna, Marcilana, Aiden, sus queridas nueras Gena Quintana, Wanda Falcon y su yerno Adrian Michelena.
Siempre fue un hombre correcto con integridad, sincero y honesto. Un caballero servicial, trabajador y disciplinado, generoso, cariñoso y muy amoroso.
Su ausencia será como el mar de grande porque grande fue su caminar por la vida. Siempre recordaremos su nobleza y todo el amor y cariño que el entrego a cada uno de su amada familia. Su sencillez, don de gente, y permanente buen humor, le permitio hacer un amigo en cada persona que conocío.
Te extrañaremos mucho. Nuestro único consuelo es saber que por su fe en Dios sabemos que el esta en Sus brazos. Que exististes y tuvimos el privilegio de estar a tu lado y gozar de tu presencia, y que algún día nos reencontraremos en el reino del Señor.
Carlos Quintana was born in Surgidero de Batabano, Habana, Cuba to parents Alfredo Quintana and Agustina Perez on March 11, 1933. He lived in Miami, FL for most of his life and passed away on January 15, 2021 peacefully in his new residence in Jacksonville, Florida.
Carlos is predeceased by his beloved siblings Juana Rosa, Merida, Consuelo, Rafael and Manuel. He is survived by his loving children Janet, Evelyn, Carlos and dearest siblings Alfredo, Mariana, Angel, Natalia. He is also survived by his precious grandchildren Paloma, Gianna, Marcilana, Aiden, cherished daughters-in-law Gena Quintana, Wanda Falcon and son-in-law Adrian Michelena.
Carlos was a sincere and honest man with integrity. Always lending a helping hand, hard-working and disciplined. A true gentleman, generous, affectionate and very loving.
His absence will be like the great sea because great was his walk through life. We will always remember his nobility and all the love and affection that he gave to each of his beloved family. His simplicity, a gift for people, and his permanent good humor, allowed him to make a friend in every person he met. We will miss you so much.
Our only consolation is knowing that by his faith in God we know that he is in His arms. That you existed and we had the privilege of being by your side and enjoying your presence, and that one day we will meet again in the kingdom of the Lord.
