I was Carlos's backdoor neighbor for many years. I found out of his passing through our lawn service guy, a couple of weeks ago. It was very sad to hear this. Carlos and I would spend time talking every time he went around the block. He always made it a point to stop by. He knew I was always here for anything he needed. My deepest condolences to Carlos's family. He will be missed. Please feel free to contact me if there's anything you need. Again, I live right behind Carlo's house.

I have so many memories with bro Charlie but my favorite memory was when we went to Hollywood beach broadwalk for lunch and it was hot and he saw the kids running in the fountain, he said i want to go in the fountain too and i said okay lets go and i wheeled him through the fountain and we both got soaked but it was a blast and he really enjoyed it. He was such a fun man to be around and imparted so much wisdom to me i miss him dearly and i will always love him, my condolences to his entire family.
