Bo Almonte's Obituary
We are here to celebrate Bo, formally Jose Antonio Almonte, who fell asleep on December 11, 2020.
Born on June 19, 1990, Bo has lived near and far; including Puerto Rico, Connecticut, Orlando, Homestead, Miami. His favorite is always Camden, New Jersey and Philly. He made his most profound memories there. His pursue for a culinary career kept him in the kitchen; Dominoes, Cutler Bay Sports Bar and Rodbender’s locally. And as a sous chef at Fleming's, Truluck's and Tiki Tiki, just to name a few. Always exceptionally talented and even more passionate about cooking, his goal was always to become a ‘Michelin Star Chef’. He always dreamed to master the pufferfish!! On his journey, he has spread joy and unconditional love and support to everyone around him. As mysterious as Bo was, he always brightened up the room.
Shine bright always, Bo. You are loved and will be missed!!
