Armando Torres' Obituary
"Early Saturday morning, March 2, 2024 we got to witness our amazing "Papi" and "Lelo" take his last breath surrounded by his daughters and grandchildren. It was bittersweet, but beautiful nonetheless as he fearlessly fought till the very end. He was an exceptional, gentle, loving, selfless, strong and simple man who did everything for his wife and four daughters. They meant everything to him! We know that he is entrusted into the loving arms of his Savior Jesus Christ in his eternal home, where there's no more pain, no more tears and is complete and whole! Our minds can only imagine him tending to gardens and fruit trees in heaven since he loved growing up on his farm in Cuba. But most of all, we think of the joyous reunion with his first born daughter, rejoicing in God's glory with her too. Please continue to pray for wisdom to express this loss to our "Mami", his bride of 65+ years who may not even know in her mind what has happened. She loves Jesus, so therefore we trust the Lord to reveal it quietly to her spirit and give her much peace. We thank each family and friend for the years of steadfast love and their prayers during this difficult season for our family. Love you all very much - The Torres Family"
