Diana oversees the four funeral operations for the Memorial Plan Region locations since she joined NorthStar in May of 2018. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida where she started her career 40 years ago as a Funeral Director/Embalmer Intern. Since her licensure in 1983, she has worked in several capacities, including Vice President, General Manager, Location Manager, Funeral Director, Sales Counselor, and Miami Market Trainer. She is homegrown and loves to promote and serve her community.

Alfredo Carbonell
Location Manager
Read BioAfter four years as assistant manager serving 900 families at Westchester, Alfredo is now our hardworking location manager. A lifetime resident of Miami, he has been in the funeral profession for 23 years, serving with passion and dedication at all times. He is currently in pursuit of his bachelor’s degree in finance and management to pursue the possibility of higher levels of management. When he is not working, Alfredo enjoys enhancing his palate by trying an array of foods in different restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends.

She joined Memorial Plan Westchester Funeral Home more than two years ago, consistently providing compassion for families in their time of need. When she’s not working, Patricia enjoys listening to music, dancing and spending quality time with family.
