Linda Lee Flynn

Linda Lee Flynn (nee Hattam), born October 16, 1950 in Turlock, California and a current resident of Ocean Reef in Key Largo, Florida(also Village of Lakewood, Illinois), passed away peacefully at her home on February 22, 2022. Dear daughter of the late Karl and late Bonnie Hattam; beloved wife of the late (October 6, 2021) Thomas E. Flynn for 43 years; cherished mother of Meghan and Thomas M. (Molly) Flynn; loving grandmother of Reilly, Aisley and Thomas D. Flynn;precious sister of Judy (John) Bedalow, Garry (Elizabeth) Hattam, Michelle (late Glenn) Sarwas and Karen Hattam-Hauch; loving aunt of Joseph and Daniel Hattam, Paul and Rachel Hauch and Christina (Andrew) Galbraith; favorite niece of Sharon “Annie” Oslin and many cousins. Special mention of Coco, the adored family dog. Linda worked as a hairdresser throughout her twenties until she married and started a family. Lover of all things psychic, her crystals and “evil eye” were all the protection Linda neededto live life optimistically. Her laugh and free-spirited nature adhered to everyone who met Linda. It was obvious how she had the ability to not just make friends, but lifelong friends…and you felt blessed. Above all else, Linda loved her family fiercely and made sure they knew it every day. Immediate services in Florida are private. A celebration of life for the couple will be held later in Illinois. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association are appreciated.
